I got in touch with support (case 19738096) and a support person named Vikram generated a new code for me. The code didn't work in Origin immediately, so he told me to wait a little while. I waited until today and tried it again. Still doesn't work.I got back in touch with support through chat and got a guy named Rodolfo. He told me the code was replaced but it wouldn't work in Origin.
